LUXURY LETS by Bradleys Property Management offer only the highest quality holiday lettings in the Pevensey Bay area and all are fully equipped to satisfy your everyday needs. Gas and Electricity Safety Certificates are clearly displayed for your peace of mind and all equipment is in good working order. Each property is personally assessed for a fair tariff. Prices quoted are are for a seven day let but shorter weekend breaks can be negotiated. Every property is thoroughly cleaned between each let and fresh bed linen towels supplied. Cleaning during your stay if required could be arranged for an extra fee.
Accomodation must be vacated by 10am on day of departure and will be ready for occupation by 3pm on day of arrival. Holidaymakers will be met at the property by arrangement by a member of our team, shown around the property and shown how to operate appliances. Cots can be loaned by prior arrangement. If disabled facilities are required please make this known at time of booking.

In the heart of 1066 country with Pevensey Castle just a walk away you can visit the landing point of William The Conqueror, explore Eastbournes Sovereign Harbour with it's many bars and restaurants or simply enjoy a relaxing stroll along the beach. The room has a seperate shower room and comes with tea & coffee making facilites with clean linen as required.

The property offers king and queen size double bedrooms and a third bedroom with bunk beds and a family bathroom/shower room, open plan kitchen diner.
